By creating an account or using TrimLynk in any way, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, have read these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
TrimLynk provides a suite of link management tools including:
- URL shortening and custom branded alias links
- Vector QR code generation and customization
- LinkTree / landing microsite page builder
- Click analytics, geo telemetry, and audience insights
- Link expiration, password gates (bcrypt), and device targeting
- Workspace multi-tenancy and REST API access
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use & Anti-Abuse
You agree not to use TrimLynk to:
- Shorten links pointing to phishing, malware, ransomware, or malicious executables
- Distribute unsolicited bulk email (spam) or deceptive scams
- Infringe upon intellectual property, copyrights, or trademarks
- Violate applicable local, national, or international laws
- Execute automated denial-of-service or scraping attacks against our APIs
We actively deploy automated Google Safe Browsing heuristics, SSRF private IP defense, and bot filters. Links violating our policy will be disabled immediately without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, its visual branding, documentation, and source code are owned by TrimLynk and its licensors. You retain all rights to the destination URLs and original content you shorten or publish via our bio pages.
6. Data & Privacy
Our collection and processing of user telemetry, click data, and account information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TrimLynk or its maintainers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our infrastructure.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
